Ladle pourer • Sanders County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Sanders County, Montana. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills Day-to-day duties: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
