Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in Cleveland County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards You will record output and downtime on the production sheet; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor.
