Powder coater wanted in Delaware County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Delaware County, Indiana. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
