Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Becker County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy production line. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
