Reinforcement fitter • Wise County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Wise County, Virginia. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. On a typical shift you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
