Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Augusta County, Virginia. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Able to cut glass accurately to size Day to day you will apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead.
