Kitchen steward wanted in Wake County

What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
