Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Chisago County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Performance bonus on top of base pay.
