Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
