Now hiring: tandoor cook (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
