You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Your main tasks: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
