Urgent requirement: steel fixer (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Pope County, Arkansas. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Full-time, day shift.
