Automobile electrical mechanic — City of York

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automobile electrical mechanic in City of York, England. You will be based at a car electrical accessories shop. The role involves check charging system output and battery voltage; repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms; repair headlights, indicators and brake-light circuits; replace ABS, oxygen and crankshaft sensors; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence preferred • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
