Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Cotton County, Oklahoma. The role involves weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
