Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in County of Flintshire, Wales. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
