Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On the job you will handle: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
