You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
