Great opportunity: catering cook (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Tyler County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
