Immediate opening: we are hiring a GTAW welder in San Juan County, New Mexico. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
