Immediate opening: refrigeration field service technician (Iowa)

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Calhoun County, Iowa. The role involves wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
