Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Biu

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Biu, Borno State. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On a typical shift you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
