Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Benton County, Tennessee. You will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
