CNC milling operator wanted in Runnels County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Runnels County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day-to-day duties: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter 1+ years on the tools preferred.
