Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Benewah County, Idaho. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
