GTAW welder — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Madison County, Montana. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run.
