Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Part-time with flexible hours.
