You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
