Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. The job is in a tyre and puncture shop. Day to day you will handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
