The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
