Membrane applicator • Brighton and Hove, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Brighton and Hove, England. You will be based on a construction site. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On the job you will handle: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
