What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
