You will prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
