Gas meter installer • Franklin County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Franklin County, Georgia. The role involves install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
