Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Lincoln County, Nevada. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
