Immediate opening: advanced scaffolder (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Payette County, Idaho. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. Requirements: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Day-to-day duties: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
