Short order cook — Columbus County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Columbus County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
