Urgent requirement: JCB operator (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The job is in an open-cast mine. The role involves keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
