Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Rolette County, North Dakota. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
