Stamping press operator wanted in Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Warren County, North Carolina. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges The role involves: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
