Great opportunity: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Franklin County, Indiana. You will work on residential new-build sites. On the job you will handle: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel 4+ years on the tools preferred.
