Your main tasks: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
