Sheet metal press operator wanted in Kent County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Kent County, Texas. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
