Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Wheatland County, Montana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
