Catering cook — Morgan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Morgan County, Missouri. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
