Production operative • Monroe County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production operative in Monroe County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On the job you will handle: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Performance bonus on top of base pay.
