Join our team: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Washington County, Kansas. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate The role involves install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts.
