Aluminium fitter — Major County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Major County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines Day to day you will assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $17 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
