MIG/MAG welder • Ilorin East, Kwara State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Ilorin East, Kwara State. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
