Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
