Gas pipe fitter — Hillsdale County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Hillsdale County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites 1+ years on the tools preferred.
